RM1815 - 1800-class diesel rail motor
I initially thought this was one of QR's 2000-series "Silver Bullet" diesel railcars (specifically #2033 or #2038) but a quick googling has proven I was mistaken.
My friend and vehicular identification go-to-guy, Jim Dean identified it, however. Thanks, Jim!
The 1800-class rail cars were built by Commonwealth Engineering (Granville) for Queensland Rail from 1952 onwards. They consisted of a power-car (RM-) and a trailer-car (TP-).
